e-Smart Technologies, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: ESMT), http://www.e-smarttechnologies.com ("e-Smart or the Company"), today announced that it has formed a Korean Subsidiary company, "e-Smart Korea, Co. Ltd." e-Smart Korea will serve as the Company's marketing hub for Asia. e-Smart Korea has now opened its doors for business in the heart of Seoul's main business district.
Mr. Richard Kim has been appointed CEO of e-Smart Korea and Director of Marketing, Asia for the Company. Mr. Kim has a long and extremely successful background in the international marketing of electronic goods, and in particular, in the marketing of smart cards and smart card related systems throughout Asia.
