IdentiPHI to Hold Investor Update Call
Company to Provide General Update on Post-Merger Activities - March 13, 2008
AUSTIN, Texas-IdentiPHI, Inc. (OTCBB:IDPI), an innovative leader in enterprise security solutions and services, today announced that it will hold a conference call for investors to discuss strategic activities that are underway. The conference call will be hosted by Steve Oyer, CEO and Chairman of the Board, on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern.
“With the closing of the merger just one month ago, I am pleased to see how much we have accomplished to integrate the two companies in such a short time,” said IdentiPHI CEO Steve Oyer. “The call will allow me to communicate to investors the excitement generated from our teams working together, the positive reaction from our customers, and the enthusiasm exhibited by our trusted partners as we work together on new opportunities. Beyond the completion of a number of integrations tasks, there have been a few internal and external developments:
-In the last 30 days the company has begun deployments of our biometric security solutions with Pfizer Inc., PepsiCo, Kodak, the City of Riverside, California, and with the South African government, who is utilizing our recently upgraded SAFmodule™ middleware product for Novell® eDirectory™.
-A new version of SAFsolution® is being prepared for release in the next few months and is already scheduled for deployment with a number of new and existing customers that have been awaiting the upgraded enterprise functionality.
-In parallel with the upcoming launch, the product team has collaborated with Dell to produce an integrated biometric solution for virtual appliances. Additional information on this new opportunity can be found at http://www.dell.com/virtualappliance.
-The company has completed the migration and integration of its financial control and reporting systems into a public company format.
-I-dentiPHI is continuing to build out a team of industry experienced sales, development and customer support personnel to meet market demand. To accommodate the merged company headcount and anticipated growth, IdentiPHI is planning to expand its office space in the Austin area.
During the conference call the company will also update and confirm the initial guidance provided to investors after the merger was announced in September 2007. Call-in information will be provided in the next week.
